Click on ‘Enable Customer User’ to grant access to your Institution.

You will then be taken to the HCP record. You will need to enable them access to your Institution.
IMPORTANT
If the button does not exist, and only shows ‘Deactivate HCP’ it means that they are already active at your Institution.
